1. I haven't received my email confirmation, can you please resend it?

Please check your "Junk" email folder for our order confirmation before emailing us as our emails often end up in the "Junk" folder. You can add our email to your safe senders list to ensure our emails go straight to your Inbox in the future.

2. How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders are shipped 5-7 business days after your order is received.

3. How do I clean my Capote safely?

Spot clean and tumble dry in the dryer with NO HEAT. If there is a large stain on the Capote it should be professionally dry cleaned. 

4. I have recently gained/lost some weight and my Capote no longer fits me. Can you resize it for me?

Yes, resizing and alterations can be made to Capotes. The cost depends on the amount of work and materials used. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping, if applicable.
